Scomi OMS offers two basic types of casing connectors supplied to cover a complete range of oilfield requirements. The ‘JV' connector is the threaded type requiring the application of torque to the pipe for make up and sealing; while the ‘CC' connector is of the ‘stab-in' automatic lock and mechanical release type. They are both designed specifically for offshore operations but have also been used extensively in land drilling programmes.

Our connector product line offers two types of basic configurations i.e. reduced bore or full bore. They are available in standard sizes ranging from 16" to 36". However, special sizes or configurations can be manufactured to meet any other specific requirements.

These connectors are sold either separately or welded to our pipes or, on request, customer-supplied pipes. We also perform on site welding on request at various locations within our satellite network worldwide.
